Easter and Good Eats.
April 10, 2012 Hi there! Sorry about not writing a post yesterday (and sorry about this iphone photo-heavy post!). We had a busy, busy weekend and have been catching up and getting organized. Someone celebrated her first Easter and was super excited about it!

She got her own little basket and goodies. And she sent out a card to wish people a Happy Easter:
We went out to brunch at Rosebud. It is soo delicious. I got the Lamb Eggs Benedict with Mint and Radish Pesto and Dijon Hollandaise Sauce. OMG.
Jeff got a huge breakfast of Southern Biscuits, Fried Chicken, Sausage Gravy and Home Fries.

After brunch we headed to Stone Mountain for a little hike, then to a friends house for dinner. It was a great day!
I haven't been photographing recipes lately...sorry about that. What can I say, life gets busy! I will tell you about a few recipes that I've made that were successful though. Here are the links:
-Pioneer Woman's Grilled Chicken with Bacon and Honey Sauce - sooo good!
I would highly recommend both of these recipes. They were scrumptious.
Another thing I did this weekend was make a large batch of baby food! My first try, and I think I was successful. Just look at this sweet potato face!
Less than $1 for about 12 servings. Can't beat that!
I'll be back tomorrow with a yummy recipe. Until then, enjoy your week!
