I have no formal training, but I can promise you that I have developed skills through family and friends (and lots of research) that has helped me create some yummy recipes, and I've worked pretty hard at it over the years.
My husband and I were married in early 2011, and grew into a family of three (actually 5 - if you count our two fur babies) in November 2011, when we welcomed little Kenley into our lives. She is the best thing that we have ever done, and has changed everything for the better.
Since then, cooking and creating new recipes has become less of a priority, but we are working on getting back into a good routine with easy shortcuts for busy families. I hope to inspire home cooks to get back in the kitchen, enjoy taking their time making homemade meals, and have their families sit down together for dinner.
